How long will it take to receive my order after it has been dispatched?
Australia (via Couriers Please):
NSW, ACT: 1 - 2 Business Days
VIC, QLD, ADL: 2 - 3 Business Days
WA, NT: 3 - 5 Business Days
Due to COVID-19, Free shipping options will take an estimated 3-6 weeks depending on your location. Tracking is provided on all international orders.
We offer a subsidised express shipping service via DHL Express. This will take between 3-5 business days.
How are your straps made?
Artisan leather straps are meticulously crafted by hand, using high quality tools. We have spent countless hours developing and refining our techniques to create the highest quality leather straps on the market.
We use the traditional saddle stitch method to hand-stitch our watch straps. This method is superior to lock-stitching (machine stitching) - when the stitching is cut, the stitching will stay in place and will not unravel. It is highly unlikely that the stitching of a strap will break as our straps are made to last.
What leathers do you use?
We use high quality European calf leather. Our kangaroo leather is sourced from sustainable local tanneries here in Australia. We are always looking to expand our collection of leather so if you have any ideas, or are after any specific leather articles, please let us know and we can source hides accordingly.
Can I order a custom-made strap?
Yes, we offer bespoke leather watch straps. Please email us at email@example.com for further information.
How do I know what width/size/length to order?
For an approximate wrist size guide:
1. Extra- small 95mm/65mm will fit a 5 - 5.5 inch wrist
2. Small sized band 105mm/70mm will fit a 5.75 - 6.5 inch wrist
3. Standard size 115mm/75mm will fit a 6.75- 7.5 inch wrist
4. Large size 125mm/80mm will fit an 7.5 - 8.5 inch wrist

Can I modify my order?
If you wish to modify your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee that it can be modified, though our team will try our best to do so.
